The length of term offered is dependent
on the age of the applicant.
Some banks offer English speaking counter
staff, English transaction statements, and
internet on-line banking.

Non-Resident Mortgages:
The following is a guideline to the amount that
one can obtain. 70% of the value of the property
up to 700,000 Euros. 50% of the value between
700,000 Euros and 1,500,000Euros.
Any property above this price would be considered
on a case by case study.
